Academic results
Our Year 2 and Year 6 pupils took part in formal end of Key Stage assessments in June 2014 and for the second year running all Year 2 children achieved results which met or surpassed national expectations, reaching Level 2 or higher.
Children in Year 6 made outstanding progress during their time at the school and our Year 6 results continue to improve: 83% of pupils achieved Level 4 or above in reading, writing and maths and we also had a good number of pupils exceeding expectations and achieving Level 5. In all subjects our results exceeded the national results for last year.
In Year 1 children took their first formal assessment, taking part in the Phonics screening check. 80% passed with flying colours, well above the national results.
