Before and after school care
At Newton Regis we offer excellent 'wrap-around' care, with a range of before and after school activities, providing fun, extra-curricular options for children, and valuable flexibility when it comes to collection time for parents. Pre school care commences at 8.00am and runs until 8.45am. After school clubs run from 3.15pm until 4.30pm. After school care runs until 6.15pm.
Breakfast club 8am-8.45am The children are involved in a range of supervised activities such as sports activities, games, small world play, jigsaws etc. A charge of £3.00 per session is made for this facility, and a breakfast snack may be purchased for 50p.
After school clubs 3.15pm-4.30pm The available after school clubs change over the course of the school year to provide variety and encourage a range of skills, a small charge of £3.00 is made to help cover the cost of clubs. They include art, netball, football, cross country, film, choir and gardening clubs, and these are led by a member of staff. We also work closely with Top Score to provide a variety of sports activities, both after school and within the core school curriculum. The following after school clubs are available this term, at a cost of £3 per child per week:
- Monday: Sports, Top Score
- Wednesday: Gardening club, Mrs Smith
- Friday: Football, Top Score
After school care 3.15-6.15 Top Score After school club is available every day from 3.15-6.15 at a cost of £8.00 for the full session, or £3.00 per hour.
